Their myriad amenities, however, would be nothing without the 119 years of five-star service from their beloved and loyal staff. To celebrate their signature service, London’s most iconic hotel teamed up with iconic illustrator Andrea Ferolla to create a series of illustrations honoring the concierges, housekeepers, chefs, pages and waiters that create the one-of-a-kind guest experience they’re known for.
