FX’s Love Story, Ryan Murphy’s bittersweet chronicle of the romance and tragedy of JFK Jr and Carolyn Bessette, has the media world ablaze, setting streaming records and putting everyone in the mood for love. Meeting the zeitgeist, and honoring the show’s iconic portrayal of 90’s NYC, for their Love Story advertorial the New York Times commissioned Damien Cuypers to illustrate 7 of the best places in the city to fall in love, including icons like Gramercy Tavern, Bubby’s, and Panna II.  Damien also designed a map of the city, incorporating these timeless hot spots.
