She’s authored two creative journals, published by Penguin Random House—Slow Noticing: A Journal for Drawing Your World, Inside and Out (2023) and Instant Journal: Chart Your Life, One Week at a Time (2018)—which reflect her interest in mindfulness, observation, and the art of the everyday.
